While the reservations in the United States have their own stipulations associated with development projects, specific nuances inevitably arise and must be dealt with. RGS’s involvement in developing project scope and viability enables us to write all Requests for Proposal and bid letting for services and materials. After vendors have been qualified to operate on the project, RGS can award and schedule every and all aspects of kick off.
The final step to dealing with vendors is holding everyone accountable. Keeping record of all activities, deliveries, warranties, assurances, safety practices, schedules and completions is a daunting task for the uninitiated. We have developed very secure and accountable practices for our vendors, which materialize in a very easily managed and maintained finish product for our customers.
